For few who dont understand what is TSR?
Total Shareholder Return (TSR) is a concept used to compare the performance of different companies’ stocks and shares over time.
TSR = (Final Price − Initial Price + Dividends) / Initial Price

So all u guys,specially IT ppl lyk me stay in a compsny,bring down Attrition rates & become CEOs of your respective companies..:p
